They stay, I took 3 years to finally pick them out. I like them. If they do get replaced, it'll be because I hit a curb, otherwise they are permanent.

Very nice! I was wondering, does your doors make the any sound effects? I thought I would be cool if they make the same effects as the Back to the Future Delorean doors do.
