I just emailed New York state police to make a change in my statement on the letter.
"Michael Gluck proceeded to leave the rest area accelerating to a speed of 110 MPH. I followed way back at 65 MPH until the officer noticed a tea bag hanging out of the drivers window of Michael's car as he sped by at a high rate of speed. I was not involved in this drive-by teabagging in any way. I was picked out of the cars on the highway because my letters matched the ones on his car. I have warned him about this in the past but he continues to do so each time he travels on New York interstates"
