I never realized this until a few years back but it's actually called "Froot Loops" and not fruit loops

same here. though the all time best for me is nesquick cereal. getting hard to find though.

the thing with cocoa pebbles and fruity pebbles is that you cant let it sit too long or it gets really gross. but id take cocoa pebbles over any other cereal anyday

The loops have different flavors, but those flavors turn weaker in a big hurry. For example, Necco wafers and candy hearts are a little bit soft and have LOTS of flavor when they come off the production line, but by the time someone opens a package of them just after Halloween or valentines day, they have lost much of that.

(PS: does anyone back there know when the Necco plant on Mass Ave in Cambridge next to MIT closed down?)
