Thanks for the tip - I have emailed hime and also put up a 'wanted' ad.

Thanks Pale Horse - I have posted my interest there too. At this rate I might end up with a crate of 'em!

Scott will be offering SVT TB optimization by machine in the near future.
Having optimized a few by hand and seen his work firsthand, I can say without a doubt machine > hand.

I agree 100% there but there are higher costs involved with machining the TB and anyone that asks about the one I have that was done on a mill (which is for sale) the always complains about the cost. Bottom line is you have to pay to play and the parts I put together have proven to make the numbers

I'm still a bit confused regarding sizes - If the stock 60mm SVT flow at 4000FPM velocity is around 96.94 CFM and the optimized 60mm SVT flow at 4000FPM velocity is around 109.17 CFM, why is a stock 65mm not as good when it will surely flow about the same as an optimised 60mm? I just read that back to myself and it is a bit of a mouthfull - hope it makes sense

Because of the throttle plate/overall diameter of the 60mm vs 65mm.
65mm > 60mm optimized.
65mm is too much unless FI or 3L.
