yes. It's not a "the car wont run w/o the upgrade" type of thing, but they are better bearings and it would be wise to change them. You can get them from your local NAPA or Checkerz auto store for cheap. The get ahold of bill Jenkins for some new rod bolts. It honestly will take about half hour to change them, so you might as well do it just for assurance.
