back in the day when i built my first computer (486sx 33mhz 16mb ram) i wanted to get on the internet so i poped in an aol cd and i couldn't get it to dail out for some strange reson witch at the time sucked but now im greatful that it didn't work because i'd still probly have there service till this day

but i tried juno isp and it worked sorta i was able to send and recieve email but the internet was just to much for the computrer it always crashed when i tried it so i gave up needles to say it never really saw the internet 4-5 years later when i built my amd 900mhz machine (top of the line back then)

not long after i switched to roadrunner high speed online
its had its problems
if basicly any thing goes wrong ie: i call in
i few times i have been without service for a week but if you [censored] at them enough the'll give you a half month discounted price

but there answer for any thing rather its to much noise in the cable and the modem can't do anything with it or its there dhcp server not giving the modem and ip address

is reboot the modem /reboot the computer witch might haved worked one time but every other time it didn't work

its working good now

i turned the old computer into a linux router it lasted till i got my latop then i bought a wrt54g
and did an office space number to the ol 486
