I pay 89ââ??¬ a month for "3/384" (usually averaging 200-300Kbps both up and down) from TKS, which gets their service from Kabel Deutschland and jacks up the rates.

Too bad they're the monopoly on base... no super fast and cheap DSL for me until I move off

EDIT: Looking around on KD's site, I see they have a package for 29.89ââ??¬/month for 6.2/420.
