Charter using Comcast's lines does NOT mean they're the same company.

We've got RCN around here as a competitor against Comcast, and I wouldn't go to Comcrap if my life depended on it. I've heard NOTHING but complaints from everyone I know of on Comcast around here. And the V'zon DSL here SUCKS, at least for residential. It's out far more often than not. I've yet to have an outage here in the last two months at our house, and had maybe a handful of outages in the apartment we rented before.
