It's a recently declassified document that outlines all WMD related material that we've actually recovered in Iraq. An article about it was buried on page 26 of the Washington Post a few days ago (why not page one?) because the document doesn't play well into the liberal elite media's interpretation of how the world should work and how they want to portray the current administration.

I meant the "Snapshots from the Office" memo to Condi Rice.

Probably because the Washington Post realizes the Bush administration didn't have 500 degraded canisters of 15+ year old nerve gas in mind when they sent 127,000 troops to Iraq.

This article is more up the "liberal elite's" alley:

Warnings on WMD 'Fabricator' Were Ignored, Ex-CIA Aide Says

In late January 2003, as Secretary of State Colin Powell prepared to argue the Bush administration's case against Iraq at the United Nations, veteran CIA officer Tyler Drumheller sat down with a classified draft of Powell's speech to look for errors. He found a whopper: a claim about mobile biological labs built by Iraq for germ warfare.
A few days later, the lines were back in the speech. Powell stood before the U.N. Security Council on Feb. 5 and said: "We have first-hand descriptions of biological weapons factories on wheels and on rails."

Reviewing intelligence to weigh what portion of it is sheer BS, that's dealing with too much nuance, and gets in the way of taking bold, decisive action!
Admitting you blew it? That's helping the enemy!
Learning from your mistakes? That turns you into a flip flopper!
Punishing the Iraqis for Saudis flying into the WTC? That shows the terrorists we are serious!

Sure GHWB ran the CIA and was VP and president for 12 years, including when the Berlin Wall came down, but GWB ran a baseball team, so he had better judgment on military/foreign affairs/spreading democracy than his dad!

Those damn elitists think they know so much.
GWB is sure showing them!!

Who needs the truth, anyway?

So, WTF is your point?

Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.
