From what I've seen my wiring looks great. I did though check wiring from the alternator to the megafuse---> megafuse to starter----> starter to battery.

So it runs/drives great.. no actual problems.. the light just comes on.
Maybe it's just something to do with the voltage sensing for the light.

My volts are low, right now slightly under 14. Not where they used to be/ where they should be. There is an actual problem though with this battery light coming on. Its trashing out my alternators very quickly and the people from Pepboys are not too impressed with me.

Have you checked all inline fuses? I can't remember which one it was that went on me, but it caused the battery light to come on even after I put the new alternator on my old Contour. I'll check which one it was and get back to you later.

I think it would be funny that sometime down the road, say when these cars are over 15 years old, people start buying them and restoring them, thus coming full circle Who knows, I may even buy one again...someday!
