Thanks jared Wow I thought for sure this thread would be locked by the time I revisited it. Freaking idiots at pepboys refused to test my alternator becuase they dont THINK its bad!!!!! Followed by a, nor can we give you a new one!!!! Lost my temper, with this idiot named Mike Stephens (manager) who strut his [censored] like a certified mechanic!!!!!!!! So tomorrow I go back with my documentation on the life time warranty and raise freaking HELL!!!! Oh and I started a letter of complaint for THEE worse customer service I have ever seen in my life!
