I would have said that too, but once police forces retire their old Police intercepter cars, you can buy them at the local police auction, stripped of the cool police gadgets of course, but it still is a police intercepter edition... Really what that badge shows is like the sub model... Contours had their GL, LX, SE, SVT... Where as the crown victoria had a police intercepter model. That and way back when they used fox body 5.0 Mustangs as police cars too.
Really I would call this a whole different ball of... well, RICE! lol, misbadging is RICEY!
