Car looks sweet. I love the wheels.
re the antennas: Are you a HAM radio operator?
One of the local police stations debated the use of retired PI Crown Vics after someone used his own (with reinstalled strobes and lights) to pull several people over and demand money. I can't remember what the results were though since I was like 12 when this aired.

Driving around w/ lights off isn't impersonating an officer, but once you turn those lights on, and begin pulling people over, you've stepped over that line into felony territory.
Ahh. He IS a HAM operator. Cool.

Maybe you should get a siren, so when people act stupid(on cell phone, speeding past you, getting RH , etc.) you can give them a little blip of the siren so they straighten up.

hey now I just said be careful, some cops might think you're being a smarty-pants and mess with you. I'm pretty sure it isn't illegal unless you're flashing the red/blues, but like I said, be careful.
