If you have not changed injectors or MAF, then leave it alone for now.

Go to the dyno with wideband O2 or get a wideband O2 and go driving.

Then start using it to correct the fuel at the 100% WOT settings. For a naturally aspirated engine I'd recommend you shoot for a tailpipe O2 setting of 13:1.
For before the catalyst maybe 12.5:1 the richest, to 13:1 at the highest.

If you change settings below that you won't know how you are affecting the pcm learning mode and will make your job harder. If you do it at WOT then it will generally stay pretty close to how you set it if the changes aren't huge.
