I got my bosses my MacBook here at my desk. All I am trying to do is enter the email settings. When I open the Mail program it just sits there with the colored pinwheel thing twirls. It will sit there forever. I have to force quit it. Now I am a PC tech, and a damned good one at that. But these friggin Mac's suck!

Can someone help me out?
