Well a few things:
-50 extra hp and 35 more ft-lbs of torque
-electronic TB instead of cable
-appearance package
-better/bigger brakes

There are other differences as well and since both are considered used at this point there isn't really a huge price difference. Obviously they put the LS2 in there for a reason, instead of just staying with the LS1.
