So...I was driving the other day in first gear and i decided to push my car a little shifting at like 55000 rpm. I had about a quarter tank and noticed that once i hit about 5500 rpms the car began to buck. The same thing happened in second. I filled up and did it again but there was no problem. Ever since ive noticed that when the gas gets that low and i reach that rpm level it does the same thing. i was wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem or if its just me. Any ideas on how to fix it would be great too.
i'm not too knowledgable about these kind of things and any answers would be great.

thanx

The most common cause of this problem is a clogged filter screen in the fuel tank. Go to the FAQ section and read about how to change the pump. Find the very last photo on the bottom of the page. That is the filter screen that is most likely causing all you trouble. Take the thing out and throw it as far as you can. You don't need it. It is too fine and too small. There is a conventional sock filter inside the pump module making the screen worse than redundant.

This is common enough that with a search you will find a wealth of information.
