i doubt that. we look for casual drivers which are basically temp drivers for the summer and some in winter. the clean license for 2 years and 75lb lift requirement sound like the temp casual driver. even to go from this to a permanent driver would take a few years. so you would need a schedule where u can get another job for 6-8 months of the year while you not driving. pay is about 14.xx. when u become a permanent driver u start around 18.xx iirc then move up to full rate of like 24.xx within maybe year and a half. its fairly quick to reach top rate. most drivers will average 50k. 60k is doable. to hit 70k+ you'll need a route with LOTS of overtime and usually they try to curb this. but some routes are prone to overtime and r usually bid on and taken by top seniority guys.
you also need to drive a stick and are drug tested for the dot physicals every 2 years and anytime you may be suspect to drug use. we just dismissed a driver for this. failed the test, went thru rehab, periodic tests over a year were clean, then failed one and he's gone.
