Personally, I don't think any of them really hit it on the head. They all have their personalities and their advantages, and their drawbacks.
I have heard the Stow and Go is a love or hate feature. Some people think it is convenient if they so seatless frequently, while others (including myself) find the floor panels over the bins to be very flimsy. I would be very concerned about them breaking under normal use.
Have you looked at the all-new Kia Sedona? It has gone from an also-ran to a very compelling package in the market. Loaded with every option: $31,760. TMV after $1500 rebate: $28,662

They have the Hyundai version as well. Which are priced more competatively than the American vans, and are probably better too.
As far as the original post, if you could get one for $34k with the 0% that is quite a good deal, IMO, but I still wouldn't have the t&c on my list.
My parents are getting a minivan soon (to replace my stepfather's Subaru) and they are looking at 1.Honda 2.Toyota 3.Mazda

I can't get enough on the Hyundai Entourage to see how it would compare... I can't option one out.

I have read many great points of interest but, I still feel T&C is for me. It seems more refined and luxurious than the others. It really feels like riding on a cloud with the Self Leveling Suspension. I love the tailgate seating (yes simple but I can see many uses for it. It has the two tone leather and two tone dash. It just looks and feels like a $40,000 vehicle, at least more so than the rest. And Honed Diva I felt the same way about the floor panels at first. But after a very close look they are super sturdy. I am not a small man (6â??2â? 215) if it can take me jumping on it and not even a pop or crack, I think it can handle most any need. And yes I have looked at the Sedona. It has the best price but no StoNGo and once again the outside just looks cheap. I need all the storage I can get I have twin 6 year old boys, who feel that every toy must go with them everywhere. And the Odyssey is great on the inside I like it more so than the T&C. But the outside of the Honda just does nothing for me. The T&C i feel looks much sharper

A coworker who owns a Chrysler T&C says the Sto-n-go has uncomfortable seats compared to the regular seats. And they recline further if they are the regular ones.
Other than that I cant think of any problems with it.

I had 2 Odysseys in a row for a total of 5.5 years and if I got another minivan that'd be what I'd get, especially if I were buying. As you know the resale on the Chryslers is just awful, while the Honda really holds its value much better. Also, the interior materials are much higher quality in the Honda. We've been very happy with our Pilot we got a couple months ago - still seats 7 and I find it more comfortable than the Ody, but if your kids are under 6 they will need help getting in and out more so than with a minivan.

I guess I understand your taste in styling and what looks classy, but to each his own. When I was doing a look/touch/feel of the stow and go, I found the planels flimsy. They would flex and buckle with me just getting out of the second row seat, or kneeling on the panel (6'2" 270#). I won't get into the kids and toys thing

I hear what most of you are saying Honda is a better than Chrysler. But the simple fact I like the T&C better. And that is what I am getting. So to get back on point is $34,000 with 0%apr a good deal or not?

Have you priced the Nissan Quest? test drove one? Aside from the MPV I think the Quest is the most manly vehicle in the mini-van class.
I still like the crossover wagons better but I think you want maximum space so wagons like the Pacifica and R class are out. I think Ford axed their version for '06.

The Quest is awful! Yeah, the outside is the least mini-van, but the driver's ergonomics are so poor that I consider them downright unsafe. The center mounted gauge pod, controls strewn everywhere but where they ought to be and a storage pod you have to reach through the steering wheel to access!
