If it were me, I'd me making him pay for having the car towed to a quality service shop and having a full inspection/service. I can't believe you went back to the same shop after the incidents you mention.



No you didn't miss something. He is fine and will take care of this problem personally. It's his guys that can't be trusted. I also don't think he is a good manager, because crap like this keeps happening.

They are giving him the chance to fix this, but we WILL NOT ever go back there.
