This shop has nearly killed your family members by not doing up the wheel nuts and nearly blown your engine and you still go back there????? If it were me, I'd me making him pay for having the car towed to a quality service shop and having a full inspection/service. It's his guys that can't be trusted. I also don't think he is a good manager, because crap like this keeps happening. They are giving him the chance to fix this, but we WILL NOT ever go back there. He says that the seal on the slave cylinder needs to be replaced and that's why it was leaking.
