I don't know what the precedure is, do I go and complain to my service manager? I really doubt they will do anything. Oh yea they screwed up my alignment too, and said they would not pay for another :rolleyes: Gotta love em' !! James SVT with CE light mod and a camera mount. Lol, went to the damn mercury dealership on capital. It's funny every morning I go out to my car and say "how can I sell this beautiful car". Then i drive it for the day, expirience moosing, heatsoak, tire rubbing, bad alignment, gas station problems, and general nervousnes about what is going to break next. By the end of the day I want to get rid of it. It's a viscious and confusing circle, kind of like those rashes that Christopher just can't get rid of James SVT with CE light mod and a camera mount.
