I cruised by your new place today. Is it number 3125? I saw a big FOR SALE sign at that address. Nice neighborhood. I always wondered what those homes looked like because I see them everytime I take Country Club up to Cameron Park Road. I thought I might catch you there, but your are probably still in escrow. yep that's the one! the houses are a bit close together, and there's hardly any yard - but it's a good size (1500sq/ft) and 2 stories! still in escrow, hope to close on 7/31 smile

plus there's the community pool which is a nice amenity too!

i'll probably be movin in on 8/3 laugh
