The flange for the header to Y-Pipe was very close to the filter (within 1/2 of an inch). I mounted the filter mount under the battery, this way when I change the oil I won't get oil all over the headers. Haven't found any cons about the kit yet, plus now I have places to tap into for the oil pres. & temp units.
