you will get a CEL for the atx not being there, which will cause you to fail OBD2 emissions if you have that where you live. you can get a MTX computer or do what i did and have a custom chip burned that programs out the ATX. all computers can control an ATX but the MTX ones just have it turned off. i remember ADC telling me they could control an ATX with a SVT PCM if they wanted to
