It seems that everyone might tell you to sell your atx and use that money towards an MTX. Owning two of these cars, you know how cheap they sometimes get sold for and your bound to find a reasonably priced v6 MTX if you look hard enough.
That being said
Occam's Razor would indicate that since the V6 engine's are the same between the autos and manuals, the bellhousing should bolt right up. There is, of course, like a billionty other things to do to make the swap.
