Hey Eric ask the guy whos hood we did at SZ which product is best, he'll tell you, or you could ask the people who witnessed it for themselves wink Next year at SZ I will defend the belt..."and the new, undisputed WWF champ ( World Waxing Foundation) weighing in at 152lbs and standing 5'6", hailing from the #1 CEG site....The Striped SVT laugh " Heres the "knock out" formula for your black CSVT

1. Mequiars cleaner wax or if your cars in pretty bad shape, use Mequiars Body scrub. You know if you have alot of towel scratches.

2. Mequiars #7 show car glaze. This is just polish that brings out the color and deepens the black the way its supposed to look.

3. Mequiars Gold Class wax to seal it all up and if you want some "extra" protection do another step and go over the above steps with Mequiars #20 polymer sealant.

I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed cool

Mequiars...simply the best!

Eric, I have the same problem cause mines a dark gren. I do also use a Cali car Duster, and they are great. If you get one, read the instructions, because you need to leave it sit out on newspaper for some time before you use it (to soak up excess wax in the fibers, I think). Otherwise, black is just a ***** to keep clean. Happy washing!

excuse me zainoholics, since i live up in the northwest we get pissed on most of the year it seems and since i'm lazy and don't care to wash or wax car often i found that out of all the things i've used thus far, the best that kept car clean the longest is DURA-SHINE.

It works well, only downside you won't get a baby bottom smooth feel after the car is dry.

I noticed the water spots, dirt, and crap didn't stay on as much.

try out sometime.
