The government could limit its use to the home or to special bars. Obviously we don't need people walking around getting high anywhere/everywhere (just as we don't need them walking around getting drunk).

Weed gets people high, that isn't an irritation. That is a temporary affect over a drug. Way too different to compare there. Too many people on medication which would cause them to get worse beng around this drug. Antidepressents/anxiety
1/5 amercians are on this medication. Seretonane would be affected casueing temporary affect of panic attacks, which would cripple this indivdual for a short period of time. From 1 hour to 5 days. Matters how severe there panic attacks are.

Overall there is no way to contain this drug from affecting others.
No way for this drug to be legalized.

And yes the goverment is trying to get everyone to quit smoking cigarettes.

What makes you think they will be legalizing this.
