You know what I've never seen? A jackoff stoner react as fast as he thinks. I'm tired of the "stoners are such great drivers, we are so paranoid and aware of everything" BS that comes in every argument about marijuanasucksomepole. "Oooooooh, cool we're so stoooooned maaaaaan, we're driving 12 miles an hour, cooooooool." Well driving 12 miles an hour is a road hazard too!!
Not to mention, stoners think that it's cool to smoke WHILE they drive! And I thought women putting makeup on and talking on their cellphone was bad! But it's so cooooool maaaaan. Face it, it's illegal for a reason, and it's not going to change for a LOOOONG time.
