With as many peeps on here, I figure there has to ba a few fellow home-brewers. I started a few years ago with a beer-machine...and started for real last fall. This pic was taken last night, showing the full line from The Angry Chihuahua Brewing Co....aka my basement.

Brewed in order from left to right, when i started last fall. I have had a few other batches, but ther were repeats.

I remember when you posted pics of some of these before.
pretty cool.

I've only acquired a taste for beer within the past few years, but I don't think I've tried any homebrew stuff yet.
Looks like you're definitely having fun with it.

My cousin-in-law is a home brewer. He's pretty darn good too.

His goal right now is to duplicate a Samuel Smith Nut Brown Ale. He introduced me to the Nut Brown, and it's the best beer I've ever had. I wish I lived close enough to him to be able to test the work

Me, I roast my own coffee beans, but I don't have the patience to learn to brew when I can buy it so easily.

Brewing isn't hard, especially if you start with extract. I do exclusiveextract at the moment. I haven't jumped to all-grain which is much more on the time/patience/money scale.

I also brew my own. My most recent batch was all grain bill (15lbs!). It consisted of some toasted malt that was a little overpowering. I call it "Burnt". It was supposed to be an Imperial Mocha Oatmeal Stout (IMOS)

I have this equipment:

2 glass carboys
2 bucket primary fermenters
3 5 gallon kegs (with CO2 tank)
1 Lauder tun
1 ice bather for the wort
Hundreds of bottles

My favorite is Belgian White which I play with the ingredients. I'll also do Lambics, cider, etc.

Nice. Did you start out all-grain, or get your feet wet doing extract. I just picked up a nice turkey fryer with an 8.5 gallong stainless pot. SO, i was considering the jump to all grain.

I started out with the kit cans, then skipped the malt extracts and went to grain. I think I will go back a step to malt extracts, just not the kits. I want to add my own hops, cereals, etc.

All grain is a PITA, no matter how you do it. Ideally you would want to use grains if the homebrew store doesn't have a liquid malt you need. It's also important to use the correct kind of yeast. My last one used Edinborough yeast ($$$$).

Yeah, so far my batches have all been extract with steeping grains. But no mashing.
