I also brew my own. My most recent batch was all grain bill (15lbs!). It consisted of some toasted malt that was a little overpowering. I call it "Burnt". It was supposed to be an Imperial Mocha Oatmeal Stout (IMOS)
I have this equipment:
2 glass carboys
2 bucket primary fermenters
3 5 gallon kegs (with CO2 tank)
1 Lauder tun
1 ice bather for the wort
Hundreds of bottles
My favorite is Belgian White which I play with the ingredients. I'll also do Lambics, cider, etc.
