There's little you can do for the day to day dirt. You're going to hear a lot about Zaino, and for good reason, on black there is nothing like Zaino (it's a polish system that you use and has multiple steps, others will fill in the details).
The California Car duster is what I've used for years to deal with pollen and dust... works like a charm!
