How is this similar to illegal immigration? With illegal immigration the imigrants have a legal path they could choose but decide not to go that route and choose to break the law instead of choosing the legal way. Their is no legal way to buy/sell/use marijuanna in the US (outside of medicine) so the point is null.


LOL its null? There is a legal choice, not to do it! The arguement in part of this thread is 'responsible' MJ users. The arguement in illegal immigration are the 'responsible' illegal immigrants. Same Same.
