There has never been a death reported from the effects of MJ. You can not overdose, and it's been proven it DOES NOT cause head, neck, or lung cancer.

The reason it's illegal is some A-hole back in the 30's thought it would be a good idea. Remember, at one point alcohol was also illegal. And at on time MJ, Coke, and Alcohol were all legal.

As for people that do stupid things while on drugs, illegal or not, accidents can happen. There was an accident here in Vegas a couple years back where a women on prescription druge mowed down 4 people at a bus stop. 3 kids and an adult. Do you know that at the time she got off without even a ticket!@!!!!!##!@#!@ I mean a misdemeanor for killing 4 people.
