That's because it's been proven that seatbelts will do MORE harm in a serious accident where the bus would actually flip. It's not likely that a bus flips, but if it does, they don't want the kids trapped upside-down in the seatbelt.

Better article on what's going on... I remember last year when he got the bike from Andrews Cycle, they had a big open house that weekend...I was there the day before. I forgot all about that...hmpff, they had good hot dogs

I'm a happy fan of the Steelers. Hmm... No helmet, no motorcycle endorsement.  I dunno if the accident was his fault or not, but there's no way he should be allowed to breed (or ride)!
