I've read through the archives to try to answer this question, but I didn't see anyone talk about what specific tool to buy and wanted to make sure I have the right one. I am going to try to change my own timing belt. Is the the right CAM Sprocket Holding Tool to buy:

Do most people replace pulleys when they are doing the belts?
