I subscribe to consumer reports, and I have yet to see this data.
I'm sure USAToday just made up what Consumer Reports said.

Nonetheless, there is a measuable gap between Honda and Toyota, so even if Honda and Hyundai were the same it is still below toyota, which as my original statement said, Hyundai is not better than Toyota.
A "measurable gap" between Honda and Toyota?
You did read that, right? Honda (and therefore Hyundai) and Toyota were only 1 PP100 apart. That's not even remotely statistically significant.

I don't see that in the link posted. Once again I am a member of CR and I have yet to see this data printed.
I can't help if you haven't seen any of the countless Consumer Reports articles about how great Hyundai is as of late. Doesn't mean it's not there. I can help that I mis-linked though, here's an appropriate link.

I don't trust JD power worth an inch. Some of their studies are so stupid and skewed it isn't even funny.
Good for you. Same can be said for Consumer Reports. But that's not the point. The point is that multiple sources are acheiving rougly the same results -- all ranking Hyundai as one of the top manufacturers.
