Step 1. Measure the fuel pressure with a guage. You should have at least 35-40 psi after pump prime.

Step 2. Verify supply power to the injector(s).

Step 3. Use a "noid" (injector test lamp) to see if the injectors are firing.

Verify the TPS and its wiring are not defective such that the PCM thinks the throttle is fully depressed since that would cause to PCM to disable the injectors.
