I went to the doctor and they didn't think it was a migraine at all. They think it's a tension headache of sorts. I'm supposed to take 3-4 200 mg of Ibuprofen every 6-8 hours. Hopefully it stops though.
I just got a similar diagnosis, but the headaches are much different. Mine are in the forehead, around the eyes, and in the base of the skull; and usually accompanied by light-headedness plus nausea. Moving my head too much will make it much worse. It started about four months ago. The neurologist prescribed an anti-depressant which acts as a muscle relaxant. If it doesn't go away in three months I get to do the fun stuff like MRI's, but he's pretty sure its tension related. Maybe not coincidentally, the headaches started immediately following a very stressful time for me at work back in February; do you have anything that you can think of that's stressing you?
Beer is my Gatorade.
Hooray Beer.
