Your in Wisconsin for crying out loud!!! You guys are basically a sister state to us (most of the time) and we do things like that all the time here. If its annoying, its dead. We shoot 5 beavers a year cause they kill our trees, a few raccoons, and the weekly squirrel that won't stop getting in the bird feeders jsut to name a few!! I mean unless your in a rather metro area or have some very anul law enforcement in the area, I say get out the rifle (or a .22, your choice although the latter is much more boring).

sucks that he pooped and stuff.
Maybe it's the pics, but he looked kinda ragged.
My parents overfed a racoon once when they were camping, by mistake of course.
They heard him puking out in the woods later on. lol aww!

Nawww...it must be the pics...he isn't ragged. We made sure he was well groomed when we let him on his way. As far as shooting him, I'm in town, and there's people working on the other side of the street, so it really wasn't an option. The garage door was open when I got home last night, and when i closed it, he must've already been in there somewhere, so i basically locked him in...that bastid. Workin on cleanin the car out now...
