I think he did a +1. Don't know why he wouldn't unless he just wanted to change looks. The tires are KDW 2's. Yes, it is a staggered set up like stock. Because of the way the car is set up the tires in the back have to follow the height of the front. That's why the rear is so thick. After he got the wheels it needed springs ASAP. That rear tire will support some serious HP.

I guess my definition of HP is different than yours. 400hp is pretty good.
