They have quite a few schools there. I spent 3 months at East China Normal University studying the women, enjoying the fine food, sampling the nightlife, and even learning a little Chinese.
Oh, and the 'official' population is closer to 17 million, and believe to be as high as 21 with the floating population. That's a lot of people.
