With mileliminators (installed correctly), you will not get P0420 (Bank 1 Precat) and P0430 (Bank 2 Precat) codes.
The other codes have nothing to do with the Precats, unless your precats are plugged or main cat is plugged. You might then get a P0401 or P402 because of the cat problem.
the P0420 and P0430 is not Cat converter, those two code are intake manifold. things is that i clean my before and used eliminator too, still the same code still came out.

Those are cat codes. Check this link for a list of codes:

It is also worth noting that often when those codes are sent, they are false codes. They can set when there really may not be anything wrong with the cats. There is a TSB that reprograms the PCM on some Contiques (not all, not even as many as should have been) that widens the parameters for setting the code. If you need more information about this, speak up and I'll post it again.

I agree Big Jim. I will drive the car for a few miles and if the P0420 comes back, i will try the easy $30 mileliminator fix first. I think DavidC11 has misleading information.
Thanks for the help guys...

Well my CEL just came back on after replacing the Bank 2 upper CO2 sensor. It has been about two weeks without a CEL. So anyway, i had autozone read the code and it came back with only a P1131. The guy there stated it is the senosr after the cat on Bank 1. My question is, where did the P0420 code go? I thought i had to use mileliminators to get rid of that code? Maybe i should just go ahead and replace both sensors on Bank 1. Anybody have the same situation?

Replace the Bank 1 Upper sensor. DO NOT replace the Bank 1 lower sensor as you will be wasting money and time.
Edit. Per TSB,
"When the downstream switch rate crosses a threshold value (approximately 0.75 switch ratio), a code is stored (P0420 and/or P0430) and the MIL illuminates (refer to Figure 5 and Figure 6 ).
NOTE: IF A CATALYST IS DETERMINED TO HAVE LOW EFFICIENCY AND REQUIRES REPLACEMENT, REPLACEMENT OF THE DOWNSTREAM HO2S SENSORS WILL NOT BE NECESSARY."

Thanks Tony, I am hesitant to replace this one as it seems to be a nuckle buster, but it has to be done. How important is tighting the sensor to proper torque specs. That article states 30 ft lbs. How do you apply accurate torque in such a tight space? Also, any ideas why the P0420 code came up a few months earlier?
