yea its gonna be awesome on the way down there, but on the way back, it will seem like forever! as everyone stated, check all fluids, brakes, make sure ur serpentine belt and other belts are fine. Car is somewhat tuned up and what not. Before my SZ drive, I did the whole UIM/LIM cleanup, new plugz and wires just for that..my drive turned out to be quite smooth thankfully, even though my axles were messed up.

Thanks for all the replys guys. I accually just had my car in for its 90,000 mile services so it is all set for belts/hoses/and fluids. I also just had the timing belt replaced because they said it was looking pretty worn. I will of course change the oil before we leave but I do that every 3-4K anyways. Thanks for the advice about carrying a little extra coolant and oil; I will make sure that I do that. Thanks again!
