First, no need to double post in multiple topics!
Second, I would think you'd need a shift boot from a mtx, not a e-brake boot. I'm sure it can be done, but you'll lose your visual gear indicator next to the shifter, as it will be covered up by the boot.
I'd get a mtx shift boot, find a way to attach it to the console, and then tie it off at the top just underneath the shift handle. It'll probably take some fiddling, as I doubt anything out there will be a true bolt-on solution.
