I saw a little about that over the weekend. That is crazy! Sucks to be the parents of the girl who is actually dead, but they have been watching for the past month!

You can get them for your wrist, ankle, as a necklace, etc. When I used to ride and race Mountain bikes I used to wear a set of dogtags, just in case. I was always off riding somewhere by myself for hours... Luckily I never needed them! The one time I was knocked unconscious etc. I was with friends.
