Does anyone around chicago have the ability/tools necessary to make me a 1/8 to 1/4in thick plate to cover the egr hole on the stock svt intake manifold? The preferred material would be aluminum, but anything would do.
Oh, and I would pay for materials and labor obviously, or beer and such...you decide.

Man that would be soo easy to make. Just need to take the gasket and make a template and drill a couple holes. 15 minute job.

I know that it is not a big job, I just do not have the resources here in Chicago to do it. My access to real tools and resouces are in Michigan. I am unfamiliar with where to acquire material and my access to tools other than basic hand tools is very limited. Thats all.
Even if I got the metal I still don't have a dremel.
Soooo, if someone is bored anytime soon....ya know...cook one up for me. It needs to be thick enough to tap a hole in the center. I plan to run my boost gauge from the center of that plate, the same way as beyondloaded.

Alright, I just broke down and bought a dremel and some stock aluminum...I will do it myself. Most expensive egr plate ever made. $108.XX Well, I do get to keep the tools.
