Third that! I just recently started going through him.
Called him on i believe a thursday at around 5PM for a water pump...by chance the following morining i look on the porch around 1PM, and the water pump is sitting there staring at me.
Quickest service ever!
When i needed a VSS and there was none at his dealership he tracked one down and had it to me in less than 48 hrs.
