LOL. So it was a combination of bad headlamp bulb and dirty connector. Glad you got it taken care of.

Me too, it has drive me crazy. no my connector is fine, they just blow it so they can make sure it is clean before they put the new bulbs in. He say on the silverstar light bulb does do that and it is make you very confuse, plus it is not as bright as what they say is. right now i am using the one pushing some where about 5000K High performance halogen bulb that it came out white. however silverstar only kick out about 3000K. The box is red and it also say Type R Galaxy white 9006. try it, you will see the different.

that's funny, that's what it says on the lable of silverstar, and that's the reason i brought it. the one I am using is like 5000K and it is pretty bright for sure. however my silverstar did not came out like what you show me. I guess probably miss lable or something.
