community college!! yay.....looks like i'll be stuck driving contours the rest of my life

Don't be too quick to knock the community colleges. I have a LOT of friends from home that went to Quinsigamond Community College to get their prereq's out of the way then went on to a state or private college to complete their bachelor's. Saves you a lot of money. Several of them hadn't even planned to go past their associates at the point when they graduated high school, but went on once they got into subjects they enjoyed in college.

I'm a senior .. of college .. does that count? Graduated May 20th with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. Doing the scary job interview thing now, have one in Worcester that seems very promising (hope I get it!).

That sounds like a good plan. I'm quickly finding out that my degree got me a very broad 'basic training' (since it combined both management and technology) which is killing me now in job interviews since I don't know anything in-depth or even what field to go into (IT, consulting, contract, etc?). Rather wish I had had the ability to minor in something like IT but several varying factors screwed me over (including my school's limited technology majors and scheduling conflicts).
